Here’s some stuff that every RiverPoint attender should know. Enjoy!

1) TURN YOUR CELL PHONE OFF – If you have a cell phone and you bring it to one of our weekend worship experiences, I would like to ask you to please TURN OFF your phone during worship. It’s been getting a bit distracting the past few weeks when phones go off. So please TURN OFF YOUR PHONES!

2) ADOPT A SOLDIER – This weekend at RiverPont Church. If you have an immediate family member serving in the armed forces state-side or overseas, we would be honored to adopt them. It is our deisre to offer a channel by which to communicate  encouragement and express gratitude to the brave men and women serving our nation. These men & women are fighting for us, and we want thank them by lifting them up in prayer and encourage them in any way we can by sending a care package.
At the end of our services on July 3 and 4 we will be collecting a love offering to puchase supplies to send to our soldiers.

3) Summer Giving – Don’t let your tithing/giving go on vacation. You may give to the church using eGive or by mailing in your offering during the summer when you’re on vacation!

4) Volunteer At RiverPoint – “Worship One, Serve One” is all about being engaged in one service a weekend, and then serving in one ministry a week. If there is one that you are passionate about, please let us know which area and someone will contact you within 24 hours.

4) Sign Up For NEXT STEPS In August – If you’re new to RiverPoint Church or you’ve been attending for a while, and you’re ready to take the next steps, our NEXT STEPS Gatherings are just for you. These gatherings are designed to help you take the next steps in your journey at RiverPoint. Along this journey, it is our desire to introduce to you what our church is all about. You will learn about our history, vision and what our LIFEGroups are all about. You’ll also be able to “Find Your Fit” in one of our volunteer areas, meet some new friends, have some fun and so much more.

5) RiverPoint Church @ East Lake | July 25! – RiverPoint Church will NOT be holding services on Saturday July 24! However, Please Join Us On Sunday, July 25 at 11:00 a.m. for a day at EAST LAKE! This is going to be an awesome day at the East Lake for the entire family. 
There will be food, games, connecting with friends and family and we’ll celebrate with those who have recently given their life to Jesus Christ and would now like to be baptized.

6) BAPTISM AT EAST LAKE | July 25 – During this day at the lake, you can step out and go public with your faith. If you’ve made a decision to become a Christ follower and have not yet been baptized, you can do it on this day.

7) Man2Man Men’s Retreat | August 13 & 14 – Men! Step up to the plate and discover how you can be a man of Godly character. During the Man2Man Retreat, you will learn how to become a loving husband and Godly father, build accountability with others, and lead your family with vision and passion. Mark your calendars now for our Man2Man Retreat at the Crosswinds Conference Center in Hesston, KS. The cost is $50.00. Make payment to RiverPoint Church.

NEW SERIES BEGINS THIS WEEKEND…CONFESSIONS – During this series you’ll have the opportunity to hear from four different preachers as they confess what they struggle with. We’ll be uncovering insecurities, doubts, weariness, struggles and concerns in hopes of shattering the bondage so many of us face. It’s time to let God become one of your truest friends through your own confessions.
