This weekend at RiverPoint we finished our series on Elijah! WOW!
This series was one of the best we’ve ever done and it rocked my world.

We had a good weekend at RiverPoint.
We started a new series called Elijah and began in 1 Kings 17.
It been fun to be able to study the life and ministry of Elijah.

My best friend Dale and his wife Erin were with us this weekend and Dale gave his testimony in all three services.
It was powerful!
We talked about 3 different seasons of life that Elijah and many of us face.

RiverPoint Church experienced a great weekend!
We held our first Saturday night worship experience and 148 people showed up.
It went extremely well and I loved seeing a ton of new people.
I pray we can make solid connections with them this week.
I am so proud of our entire team for doing an outstanding job this weekend.
I also loved seeing some open seats in our 9 & 11 a.m. services.
Now it’s time to fill those back up and reach more people.

Yesterday was another great day at RiverPoint Church!
I love how our worship band is growing spiritually and numerically.
They are some of the best worship leaders around and I love serving with them.
Our kids team is doing a great job reaching new kids and keeping track of current kids.
I’m thankful for our student leaders that have been going above and beyond each week.
All of our leadership community gives so much of their lives each week to help us accomplish our mission.

It’s been a few weeks since I did a rewind. I hope I remember how it goes.
JESUS IS AWESOME!
Yesterday at RiverPoint Church was amazing!
The band was great, the vibe was great, and people began a new relationship with Jesus!
Our attendance was CRAZY! We had over 330 in attendance.
Our 9:00 a.m. was 85% full!
Our 11:00 a.m. is Jam-Packed, FULL, To The Brim, Crowded with People! We had NO seats left for anyone to sit!
That’s a good problem to have.

Today was a great day to be at RiverPoint Church!
5 people made a decision to follow Jesus today! Man, that never gets old!
I loved hearing ALL the LIFEChange stories today!
I loved hearing the story of a little girl that started a jewelry business to raise money for our DRIVE campaign. She gave 100% of the proceeds to DRIVE! WOW!
I loved hearing the band start off with U2′s “Where The Streets Have No Name”! Great job guys!

Great day today. I’m thankful for so much of what Jesus is dishing out!
It was good to see a lot of first time guests today.
I’ve got a lot on my mind so this might be a crazy post.
I’m also watching The Wizard of OZ! Still love this movie!
Dang you Cowboys! Can’t believe you lost, but I still love you!
I love Jesus, my wife and family and my church!

Yesterday was one of those days that we will remember for a long time. God showed up and did something amazing! I am so pumped about where we’re heading as a church. Yesterday we concluded our “Once Upon A Time”. It was a great series and I’m so glad we did it.
In case you didn’t know, I believe the every word in the Bible to be true from Genesis to Maps.
Sunday was a good day but we had a lot of kids out due to sickness.
Thank you God for all the first time guests.
Our NEXTSTEPS Gathering was AWESOME! It was a great group and they were rowdy. I can’t wait until Sunday when we meet again.
